And I honestly believe you're not the exception. I am sure there are more than a handful of outgoing Albertans that would only come back on a guaranteed miracle. They've experienced the highs of a booming economy and the brutal uncertainty of resource-based province. I think this whole recession has soured many people from coming back. Not sure a newly-installed right-wing government is anywhere near enough to entice any more than a few hardcore Alberta purists to come back. Anecdotal, of course, but that's what I get the feeling from people I know who have moved away.
