And funny they didn't show up for two appointments after the lady who called me after they missed mine made it seem like it was a fluke error. Thankfully my cancellation fee was a lot less and I cancelled on the spot.

This is something wrong with their system and it's a major flaw.
Was it a 3 year contract? Thats a joke, I've been very unimpressed with Telus and am glad I switched!
