He was going to but it would cost $500 to cancel. He has to pay for their crappy smart tv before he can cancel.

They did reduce his bill but by only a small margin compared to the initial discount he was given.

And funny they didn't show up for two appointments after the lady who called me after they missed mine made it seem like it was a fluke error. Thankfully my cancellation fee was a lot less and I cancelled on the spot.

This is something wrong with their system and it's a major flaw.
