Must be the location a bit; can get to things pretty fast with john laurie, crowchild and stoney all only a few mins away. That and can walk to pretty much every store imagineable at Crowfoot. 20 min to my choice of 3 or more grocery stores, plus a c-train station. IT is super convenient.
That or perhaps the list is solely based on doctors and dentist offices
. I've never seen such a concentration of both in my life; they are all over the place.
