Not sure if the following will help.

I'm getting weird wifi speed that I mentioned in the other thread. I didn't get a chance to call shaw tech support yet.

But... I did upgrade my ram in my two laptops ($14 for 4GB crucial in Amazon warehouse. Not sure why priced that way because 2x 4GB kits are nearly $40 bucks in the warehouse)

I did see my internet speeds go up via wifi from around 10-20 to 30-40. I am not sure if this is just luck or if the RAM is helping. The laptops do see faster and smoother going from 4/8GB to 8/12GB respectively.

I will still be giving Shaw tech support a call once I return from my long weekend trip.
