I don't get paid enough to make those decisions. However, I think something should have been done before it got to this point. It will be much harder to do something now than a few years ago. And...your right...China needs to be the one to deal with this...with the support of the rest of the world.
I just shake my head at all these people that have this idea of just sitting back and doing nothing. They aren't hurting anyone just leave them alone. Well...we all know that hasn't worked in the past, so why will it work now? NK was never a real military threat before....I mean they have a large standing army but their equipment is out dated and I could see a large portion of the military deserting if a war started. It is not like Nazi Germany's army. Now...however...with nuclear weapons backing them up...it changes the picture considerably.
I just want to know what all those people on CP have to say now....now that they have nukes. All those people saying....it will never happen...they are just sabre rattling....they aren't even close to to developing nukes.
I mean if their rocket program had actually been successful last month....well....this would be even more serious. And....it's only a matter of time before they have that capacity.
