Excited to be back in red; wore red in junior, etc
"Around the League" consensus is Flames "won the draft;" excited to be part of the reason for that
"Every goalie wants to be wanted/needed" and is honored that Calgary wanted him
Excited about the young talent, and thinks we're only going to get better from now on ("we can only go up")
Wants to be the rock "back there" that can be counted on so everyone else can be free to do what they do

I think it's safe to say he's pretty excited. I think it's also safe to say I'm probably just as excited (if not more!).
