Schizophrenic or not, this despicable human garbage not only murdered innocent people, he murdered developmentally disable people, which is the same as killing small children. The fact that he likely will be assigned to a fully-serviced and nicely appointed mental institution for reasons of insanity just adds insult to the memory of those that died. The issue that bothers me the most here is such a low level of security considering the extreme vulnerability of the residents. No alarm, no security guards on duty, so easy to enter??? The Governor that ignored his warning letter should be fired and face arrest for criminal negligence ...
