The only problem I had with the 655 when bridging it was that I wasn't getting the promised 150 mbps. But after much internet researching and talking to Shaw tech support, I double checked my laptop specs and discovered both my laptops did not have gigabit ethernet.

I've ordered a dual band usb adapter from Amazon Prime and that should give my laptop the higher speeds, hopefully.
