Psycnet - I'm having some trouble figuring out if they meet the criteria you laid out. Is there an easy place to find that info on the spec sheet? Or maybe I'm just blind?
Sometimes you need to check the manufacturers website for more detailed specs.

Also, there are a handful of 2015 model UHD TVs that meet the spec, but won't get retroactively certified. Effectively, the TV should say "HDR" or "High-Dynamic Range" somewhere in it's description, and it will say it's cycling/refresh rate. Note that some TVs list their "motion enhancement" rate as their refresh (LG I'm looking at you), but the true rate is usually half that. HDMI 2.0 TVs are more future proof but often times it's not listed on the manufacturer specs. If it's labelled as HDR, it will be HDMI 2.0/a/b ready.

You can buy 4K without these things, but they really aren't much better than 1080p TVs, and can even be worse since more money is put into the panel resolution and less into the picture itself, and it's missing the new processing/bandwidth enhancements that make a huge difference like HDR.
