Vizio has great panels, I own 2 and would say their only downside is the upscaling is not up with the big boys. So in other words if you watch some SD TV or some old school DVD's you won't get top notch upscaling but if you have moved on from them then you can't go wrong with the price you pay for a Vizio.

It is also nice getting a 120 panel with 240 clear rate versus the Tizen which is a 60 panel with a 120 rate....Soap Opera max power on the Samsung panel. The Vizio has zero noticeable motion blur with clear rate on while the Samsung will.
