I thought it was pretty obvious. But nowadays who knows. Yellow flags, even double yellows, no longer mean slow down, the radio isn't for talking, wet tyres are just for following the safety car until the track is dry enough for inters or slicks and so on and so forth.
Then again I've always found that drama and politics is part of European sport. The drama isn't always limited to the actual sport like it usually is in NA. There are no stock answers to questions and there is no matter too small to get worked up about. All rules are more like guidelines that can be adjusted as necessary.
