Bernie and Elizabeth Warren. They are going to be the ones crafting the laws. There is only so much that the president can do, but there is a ton that both congress people and senators can do.
Just because there is a 7% difference does not matter. If the senate does not agree with Hillary on those differences, will those things be done? No, they won't.
Also, if the democrats win, then they will have control of the supreme court for 20-30 years, thereby cementing all of the progressive things that people want in the country.

Why would anything change after the election? Even if Hilary wins there is very little chance they also win the house and the senate.
