True i can see it that way too.... most world leaders know he is a nut-job.... but think he is just bluffing so they are not reacting to him... i am not sure how world leaders will react to NK with nukes...
however nutjob + nukes = rouge nation from a Tom Clancy novel.... and i think that nations will try and limit the power NK gets from nukes by cutting them off and potentially attacking....
Regardless... this is a scary situation... and to me things are shaping up to be an Iranian - NK axis that can spell another world war.... two countries with rogue leaders hoping to capitalize on instability in their regions... and hoping the rest of the world makes concessions to them... scary...
Especially scary because the US is spread so thin now and the world for the most part is against their foreign policy.... i fear that China might be the "sleeping giant" of any new world war.... and it is uncertain what side she will fall on...
