IMO if NK does have them...it is in their best interest to show the worl they have them. No country will invade them if there is a chance one will be shot at SK. If others think they don't have them..well..there is more of a likely hood of another country intervening.

I dont agree that it is in their best interest to show them.... it would rally more people against them.... fact is... as long as they threaten and sabre-rattle they are more likely to get some appeasment from the UN and the European union... showing that they have the capability to explode a nuclear weapon will just mean a tougher stance against them.. especially from China and Russia who are right beside them.
