Yes and while it's probably only a small step in the right direction, the Shaw guy I was talking to said there was a lengthy queue of people waiting for install when this came out and a response they didn't expect.

Meanwhile Telus is acting like this isn't a big deal and they don't need to act because "Telus has better customer service, we are top rated".
