First, ditch Superchannel. It's promo price is $9/month, but it's regular price is $18. It rarely has programming on it that's watchable compared to Movie Central.
That would take you down to $172.89. Ask for it without Superchannel for $159 IMO. That's 80 each for internet and TV. The TV programming without bundling would be $75+$18=$93, so you'd be saving a little bit there. Some of the promo pricing from Shaw for 3 or 6 months can be $60-$80 cheaper when bundling though. So maybe suggest $139 as your opening price and see what they say. Good luck!
