I rebooted my computer more yesterday than i have in the last year!!

I unplugged and re plugged the router/modem many man times.

I never did flush the DNS, but the modem was not sending the signal to the router at all...

You can try bridging it The Yen Man, depending on your house layout will depict which one will work better.

I found that my DIR 655 gave amazing full house signal (basement and 2 levels) until I installed my laminate floor with aluminum underlay!

I have heard from people that this new shaw modem is actually really good, but I cannot myself Verify.
