What, there was not one cop there with a pair of binoculars or a scope that could see the toy truck?
I use to shoot at gophers a football field away with a decent scope on a 22 magnum. I knew what I was shooting at at a much further distance. Guys lying on the ground arms in the air and gets shot? After verbally explaining the situation!
I am not talking skin color here.
Cop who fired should be criminally charged. Not attempted murder or stupid stuff like that! Assualt causing harm or something to the effect. Being an idiot is not an excuse. Cops who handcuffed the guy as he was bleeding should be suspended without pay. Cop who shot should be going to prison. Should be a good reward financially for the victims!
I dont live in the States, I know alot has happened there recently. Nothing condones this though. Nothing!
Guy is lying on the ground, explaining the situation, and gets shot! How does this happen?
