You shouldn't have to worry about spoilers in this thread . . . . . the episode has aired in both Canada and the USA now.

Let 'er rip!!

The word "amazing" has already been used twice but how can you not use it again . . . . an incredibly layered two hours of television and well worth the wait of months since the end of the last season.

Wow.

Lee Adama's fatty look was actually, in real life production, the same suit used during Sharon's pregnancy.

Memo To Self: Anytime Kara Thrace sits quietly with her hands folded neatly in her lap and gives you a shy, impish upturn of the lips . . . . immediately jump 20 feet back as violent death is surely stalking you closely!!

The Leoben/Starbuck mind game thing was something you knew was coming given their similar encounter in season one and you knew those missing ovaries would put in an appearance at some point . . . . . incredibly well done. I assume Leoben mercilessly threw the kid down the stairs to engender Starbuck's reaction . . . . . but I would also assume Starbuck, at the end, placing her hand over Leoben's, will turn out to be a ploy on her part as well. They're both sinister and well-matched.

"Yes, before you ask, the eye is gone. Plucked it right out of my head and showed it to me . . . . looked like a hard-boiled egg" - Colonel Tigh with a great line.

Kate Vernon was terrific, even sympathetic to some extent . . . . .

Dean Stockwell is a great addition. Pure, merciless and ironic evil. But Lucy Lawless seems to be waivering . . . .

The gunfire erupting at the end with Cally running through the forest will probably be Jammer turning on his masters . . . .

Lots to talk about but I've got to drive a few hours for my turkey.
