Just my 2 cents - it really depends on how much you are willing to spend. The best tables in terms of quality are definitely the Tornado tables - but those can run up to 1000+ dollars depending on the model you get.

I personally bought a Shelti table second hand - which is a tier below but still run 1000+ dollars brand new.

It depends on what type of player you are in terms of the quality that would suit you. I have played in tournaments - they mostly use the Tornado tables - they used the Fireball table at another one of the events. So I was very particular when I went to buy a table.

For a casual player, a table in the 300-500 dollar range is reasonable -> which second hand would probably be about 200 bucks.

My advice is before buying a table - go test it out first and find a table that will meet your needs. I mean my dad bought a cheap table second hand for about 150 bucks - it was reasonable - but for a player like myself - it wasn't very good (terrible for pinning, doing snake shots, etc).

Hopefully that helps you out a bit!

Good luck with your search!
