I don't agree with those saying that Pribyl has a higher ceiling. To me, his ceiling is a top 6 winger, but he likely tops out as a mid 6 winger (which is pretty dime-a-dozen)
Wotherspoon's ceiling is easily a top 4 defenseman. And I will remind people that many on here said that Brodie's ceiling was a 5/6 Dman until he showed it was higher. Then they said a 3/4 guy until he again proved them wrong.
It is hard to imagine Wotherspoon becoming a top pairing guy. However, it is not difficult to imagine him as a top 4 guy in a few years.
And that is far more valuable than what Pribyl is likely to bring to the team.
