It's pretty common to slam your opponent in the primaries while still understanding that they have some talent. These people such as Hillary, Obama and Sanders need to work together to get any of their platforms done. Obama got Obamacare through which is a huge difference from what the GOP want. Some don't like his foreign policy but it sure beats Bush's wars.
Trump if elected will have the Senate and the House backing him so he'll be able to get a lot accomplished. The GOP want to stop abortions and control women's health issues. Others can talk about the differences much better than I can and I'm not saying the Democrats are great but they beat the GOP regressing social issues 10 or 20 years. What you are saying is taking a very superficial look at the parties and if you don't think there is any difference, you are maybe in for a surprise.
