We'll agree to disagree on this one. No question the Habs ownership has deep pockets - but with a stable dollar, I doubt this deal is seriously considered. It's not a terrible hockey trade, but it's not in the Canadians favor. And I'm not convinced that personality and cultural conflicts were enough to force the move on their own.
