Would guess there needs to be the skillful elimination of some players that no longer fit the team model. Probably another skilled DMan and RW and hopefully some prospects that have some leaps and bounds forward.
I still see a lot of development space in a lot of our younger players, like Monahan, Bennett, Gaudreau and Hamilton.
