As a former 1st rounder with serious wheels, it's highly likely Poirier ends up in an NHL role, somewhere and someday.
His foot speed alone gives him a fairly high "floor".
Not so sure about Mangiapane.
And when we're talking about the 8th or 9th best prospect on the list, the question isn't who has the higher ceiling, it's "is this guy ever going to make the show full-time?".
