Someone with his criminal history shouldn't just be allowed to roam around unchecked.
When someone's been dabbling in prostitution, firearms and cocaine, with apparently violent offences in their past, they should have a damn tracker implanted in their flesh like they have for pets. I think after you've shown such criminal tendencies, you should lose your right to that privacy. Because there are some people you just know are going to circle back and do the same, stupid #### or something worse because they just never learn. Not until it's too late.
