This is tragic. I can't think of any rational decision where someone would find the courage to harm kids in any manner let alone murder them. This scum bag deserves to be killed one day at a time in some horrendous manner that runs shivers down the spine of anyone even remotely thinking of harming children. May the little princess and her mother RIP. You both are at a better place than this cruel world. Please start a petition for death penalty?
