I think nik posted it in the terrorism thread, but ISIS is basically on its last legs anyway over in Syria and Iraq. So you wonder if we won't see a surge of attacks now that they are probably on their way out. Police in France were actually talking the other day about new types of attacks we could see, and then we get this. Preventing something like a car crashing intentionally into large crowds is difficult since it's a very easy attack to pull off. France has elections next year so that will obviously be worth watching.
