I've tried and tried and tried to get my quad rez achivement, but have been unable to. I was 1 second off in a game, where the "4 teammates down" warning popped up, and just as I hit my rez, it swapped to 2. There was some serious "Gawdammm....!!!!" on that one.
My PotG was a double rez then a boosted Ult (Hanzo) to win the game.

Mostly I just try to stay relatively out of sight as I push heals or buffs on people. The hardest part is knowing when to keep heals on one target and let the ones rushing to their deaths die, and when to pop the res.

That's always a hard call. I try to keep the tank up, then whichever dmg dealer I can reach without putting myself or the group in too much trouble. I'm not leaving a pack of Rein, Sol76 and Reaper to go chasing after the dying Genji across the map, for instance.
I always show a preference to the teammates who try to keep me alive.
