Andersson's fitness issues don't really phase me at the moment. He is a junior player that has excelled at the junior game. It is disappointing that he allowed himself to get out of shape again - for the second year in a row - but a couple of seasons in junior being out of shape in my mind is less important than 1 season as a pro. If he has fitness issues beyond this early part of the off-season, I would rank him much lower than I have now.
He just may need some closer monitoring than most prospects, but I just assume he will 'get it' as a pro, though my assumption here may be little more than just blind hope. I just figure if you are the one guy on the team with fitness issues, and now have access to really good professionals will help guide you, it will happen. There is always the "Ryan Howse Exception" of course, but Andersson seems like a kid who has his head on straight, and probably just needs a bit more guidance and monitoring.
