Gillies really only had 1 poor game which was the one against San Antonio where he was pulled. His numbers in his second game looked poor but but it was one of those games where he played well (not great, but well) but his stats were hurt by goals he never had much of a chance on. Every other game he was fantastic, their first game against San Diego especially stands out to me as he and Gibson were putting on a goaltending clinic until Gibson got injured.
