People keep saying this, but I don't think I understand. Why would Gaudreau take less so that Monahan can have more? Is Gaudreau going to gift Monahan literally millions of dollars just because he's a good guy? I don't think "splitting the difference" really makes sense. Either I'm missing something, or there's no way it's happening. Guess we'll see soon.
