Some initial impressions at the break.
Ollas-Mattson is a very clever player. He showed nice hands on one play and got himself a great chance on a give and go a few shifts later.
Harrison had a few strong forechecking shifts and reminded me of his play a few years ago when he was turning heads.
Phillips anticipation and quick stick is the great equalizer out there. He won a few puck battles by knocking the opponents stick away.
Tkachuk impressed the hell out of me. He is remarkably confident with the puck and holds it just out of reach on guys.
Kyllington looks composed and qiluick out there.
Pollock is having a weird ice time where he has the puck a lot and is getting chances but they aren't amounting to anything dangerous. Not sure if I'm sold on him.
Dube is the fastest guy I have seen out there. He's turned two D going outside by my count so far.
Lots of skill out there.
