Please show a parallel between the two prospects. Also, how exactly did the Flames rush Fata? He played 27 games over three seasons with the hockey club. That is not being rushed.

Someone told me that he'd talked to someone down by the dressing rooms (not sure if it was Jon or a coach) who had said that Gillies was feeling some pain in his hip and took the rest of his on-ice session off. I don't think it was all that serious, mainly for precautionary measures, but you never know.

You obviously want to be a journalist. You are doing your best to break some news or steal some thunder from some of the other posters here. Okay, here's the thing you have to learn. Keep your yap shut until you have two sources that can confirm the existence of a story, like an injury. You are speculating off of nothing other than a player leaving the ice early. A journalist is not paid to speculate. A journalist is paid to discover and present the facts. What you are doing is being like so many of the "journalists" that are out there right now and striving to be an attention whore; being the first to break a story rather than verifying the facts and presenting some semblance of truth. Francis is a no talent hack because he rushes to present gossip without proper verification. Duhatschek is a legend in these parts because he recognized when to sit on a hearsay and find a secondary source before going to print. Be more Duhatschek and less Francis.
