His first choice was Int O - a trade with very little openings each year and is typically filled with occupational transfers anyway. Then he chose pilot. Pilot! Only the most competitive trade we have and they sure aren't looking for 30-year-olds with no experience. So, now he is looking at Marine Engineer, a trade that I think is disappearing in the new year.
Yeah, the recruiting system is broken, but this guy hasn't done himself any favors with some of his decisions.
