Glen Gulutzan on FAN960
- Long process, probably spoke to about 15 candidates, narrowed down to 4, and picked the final two.
- Debate and challenges with different coaches is good
- Lots of variety with the different coaches and where they came from, experience, which creates a well-rounded coaching staff
- Having RW gives a few extra options.
- Alex and Troy give you big bodies.
- Got speed and size to give the team a blend
- Leadership, Work Ethic was empathized
- Alex played very well in Dallas, fantastic net presence, great stick, hard to move around the net.
- Troy plays PK, net presences as well, leadership.
- Linden has the brains, hands, skills, not the biggest guy, but has put on weight. Can come play in a variety of places.
- Competitiveness on development camp, will reserve his judgements. However, he really likes what the coaches have done with the drills.
Paul Jerrard
- Paul will help the PK, finished 4th and 6th in the past two seasons with Utica
- In charge with the defense as well
- Worked with both young and veteran d-men
Dave Cameron & Martin Gelinas
- Will work with the forwards and the PP
- Everyone says Dave Cameron is a great communicator, great knowledge of the game
- Marty will be upstairs, with the possibly of being brought down in the third period

Talked to Gulutzan this morning. He raved about Dave Cameron's PP knowledge. Said they'll be shooting the puck A LOT more.
