Mormonism was started by a confirmed con artist and believes, among other things, that said confirmed con artist could magically read engravings he found buried in the ground if he held a magic stone, that the Garden of Eden is somewhere in Missouri, that Jesus already came back and spent some time in America talking with the natives, and that if you are especially pious and live by all their wacky rules you can one day rule your own planet like Kolob.

Mormonism has far more in common with Scientology (to wit: they are both scams started by con artists) than it does with any of the fairy tale based religions.

It has the racism part down though.
