Part of the issue which wasn't really addressed in the FBI news conference is the speculation that the biggest reason this email server was set up, was to avoid FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) requests. If that was something that could be proven, it would have shown she was guilty of a crime - I think there were 1-2 emails in the dump that alluded to this, but there wasn't anything that said "AVOID FOIA" or anything like that.

A big question I have is, who was she emailing? Were they also using private email servers? Because if not, then you can't really avoid FOIA can you?
