. Their team won't be last, but they haven't addressed enough failings to be good. They probably finish ahead of the Canucks, who are a total mess.
Your second statement could be said about every team. Almost every team has a top tier guy. It's the way the lottery system is designed. So I don't see that as being too relevant.
