There's no cap space for any more signings. 14.9 (I think?) or so remaining with Johnny (7.5?) and Monahan (6.5?) still left to sign.
Probably shouldn't count Smid as an LTIR candidate at this point as nobody really knows... He was pretty much in the same position last off season being injured during the summer and the Flames were unable to do it then.
