HERO charts are a cheap and weak replacement for scouting. Watching players is still by far the best and most important way to evaluate them.

Not just that but it's selective stats. Picking these stupid "advanced" stats and completely ignoring more traditional stats. Compare Brouwer to other RW in the league and the numbers make him look like a low end 1st liner.
