Ken King at his best, he makes it seem like the river and stadium need each other. If this was Vancouver with water taxis to help out traffic I could buy a little of it but this is the Bow where you can't even swim. Land with a bow river view should be residential and bring in tax dollars.
I love the core idea of two stadiums together but I hate the area for too many reasons, to name a few.
- immediate cost for cleanup and demolitions.
- later costs when they realize the roads can't keep up
- tax free prime residential land to billionaires for their hobbies.
