I don't think he has zero offensive ability. I think he was on the worst offensive team in the NHL. I'm not saying he is an offensive juggernaut, but I wouldn't be surprised to see him put up over 30 pts next season. He was +15 on a team that couldn't score.
Don't get it twisted I don't think it was a fair trade from value. I just think a lot of people really have no clue what kind of player he is. There's no reason they should, the Devils have been pretty irrelevant recently. This isn't the worst trade the Oilers could have made. Also, Larsson is at least as good as Hamonic.
