Ikea realized some of their dresses are a bit hazardous if not bolted into a brick wall and are now avoiding further litigation down the road. I would be curious to know how much they have given up so far in settlements  |
Oh, it is absolutely the parent's responsibility to supervise. But I took the comment as a kid doing something unsafe is a Darwin award candidate, which is not really fair as kids that age don't know any better.
