Gotta think Columbus is still the best team to take advantage of.
They have $3.93M left in cap space towards 12F + 7D + 3G. They have Seth Jones (!), and the bad Justin Falk as players to sign.
The Flames should do them a favour and try to take Atkinson as a $3.5M RW off their hands.
