Things we haven't discovered yet? Yeah... no kidding. Ignorance is slowly eroded as we discover more. So unless you're a God-of-the-gaps type of guy, this is a meaningless statement.

These are highly vague questions, bordering on meaninglessness. But if I can guess at what you're trying to get at, science certainly has a lot to say about what people enjoy in life and why, as well as what makes you the sort of person you are.
