Would Jon even fight? Presumably he will get close, or just start, and then he'll either survive a dragon (fire) attack or Bran will save the day and reveal his lineage.

Freys will be in chaos, Lannisters have no one left at Casterly Rock, Tully's won't fight. Are there even any other major houses left that would resist?

I agree, something or someone has to throw a wrench in her plans. Maybe Euron's 1,000 ships take a pretty good chunk of her fighting force before she even reaches Westeros.
Perhaps Baelish throws in some dastardly schemes.
