Belgium I think would be a possibility. Their best offensive weapon is murderously fast attacks, which can be taken out with conservative play. Strategically Belgium is not that great.
France I think will run over Iceland quite easily. They have the skill, the creatitivity and the fighting spirit that was missing from Englands game, and they don't panic in front of home crowds. As Portugal showed, Icelands defense is good but not special. Only reason Iceland couldn't win that game was because Portugal just couldn't put the ball in the net.
Germany would just run over them like they did with Slovakia. If you let the Germans control the ball, they'll dominate the game.
Italy might have some trouble. Slow attacks are not their strength.
England was pretty much the perfect opponent for them, a predictable team with well known tendency to fold under pressure.
