I don't think they qualify Colborne and lose him for nothing. And if they do lose him for nothing it won't matter because I'm sure Treliving gauged the market at the trade deadline and he knows what the market is/was. Call me stupid but if Treliving does that then it's obvious they weren't fooled by his late season points when all the pressure was off.
I really don't think management is in love with Colborne as much as the fans who defend him are.
